Privacy Notice

EFFECTIVE DATE: OCTOBER 7, 2026

Who we are

Joyme Capital, Inc. ("Joyme," "we," "us" or "our") operates this website. This notice explains how we handle personal information collected through this website and our related business-inquiry communications. It does not replace privacy terms that may apply to a separately agreed engagement.

For privacy questions or requests, contact info@joymecapital.com. Including "Privacy Request" in the subject line helps us route your message, but is not required.

Information you provide

When you contact us, we collect the information you choose to provide. Depending on the form or communication, this may include your name, company or organization, role, business email address, company website, inquiry type or area of interest, and your message. Form submissions are delivered to info@joymecapital.com. We use Microsoft 365 for our business email. Microsoft processes and stores those messages as part of providing that service, and we keep relevant correspondence when we follow up with you.

Please do not submit sensitive personal information, payment-card details, privileged legal material or confidential business documents through the initial inquiry forms. We can discuss an appropriate process for sensitive materials if an opportunity progresses.

Website and technical information

We use Framer to host and operate this website and process its inquiry forms. Hosting, delivery, security and spam-prevention services may process technical information such as IP addresses, request details, browser or device characteristics, and security signals as needed to operate and protect the site.

We use Framer's built-in analytics to understand general website activity, such as page views, traffic sources and device categories. Framer describes this analytics service as cookie-free and not using persistent tracking identifiers. Technical information processed to deliver or protect the website is separate from the aggregate analytics reports available to us.

We do not use advertising pixels, cross-site advertising trackers or session-replay tools on this website. If we introduce tools that change our data practices, we will update this notice and obtain consent where required before activating them.

How we use information

We use information to review and respond to inquiries; assess relevance, capacity and potential conflicts; discuss and prepare possible engagements or technology opportunities; maintain appropriate business records; operate and protect our website and communications; and meet legal obligations or establish, exercise or defend legal claims.

Submitting an inquiry does not automatically subscribe you to a newsletter or marketing list. We may follow up about your inquiry. You may ask us to stop non-essential follow-up at any time.

Where applicable data-protection law requires a legal basis, we rely, as appropriate, on our legitimate interests in handling business inquiries and operating a secure website, steps requested before entering a contract or performance of a contract, compliance with legal obligations, or consent where required.

How information is shared

We limit access to people and service providers who need information for the purposes described in this notice. This may include authorized Joyme personnel; providers of website hosting, form processing, business email, security and related business systems; and legal, accounting or other professional advisers where needed to advise or protect our business and subject to appropriate confidentiality obligations.

For inquiries concerning Litigiven technology or intellectual property, we may share relevant information with Litigiven LLC and people authorized to assess or progress that opportunity. We do not circulate general business inquiries to portfolio companies merely because they are affiliated with us.

We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect legitimate legal rights, or in connection with a genuine reorganization or transfer of the relevant business, subject to appropriate safeguards and applicable law.

We do not sell or rent personal information, or disclose it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Retention and security

We keep information for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described in this notice. Relevant factors include whether an inquiry remains active, whether an engagement or transaction follows, the sensitivity of the information, our contractual and legal obligations, and any need to maintain records for disputes or compliance. We periodically review information and delete, return or de-identify it when it is no longer needed, subject to applicable obligations and provider backup processes.

We use reasonable administrative, technical and organizational measures appropriate to the information we handle. No website, email system or storage service can be guaranteed completely secure.

International processing

Joyme is based in the United States. Information may be processed in the United States and other countries where our service providers operate. Where applicable law requires safeguards for an international transfer, we use an appropriate legal mechanism. You may contact us for information about safeguards relevant to your information.

Your choices and requests

You may contact us to ask about your information, request a correction or deletion, or ask us to stop non-essential communications. Depending on your location and applicable law, you may also have rights to access or receive a copy of your information, restrict or object to certain processing, receive information in a portable format, withdraw consent where processing relies on consent, or appeal a decision on a request.

To make a request, email info@joymecapital.com and describe what you would like us to do. Where an appeal right applies, reply to our decision or email the same address with "Privacy Appeal" in the subject line and explain why you want us to reconsider.

We may need proportionate information to verify a request. We respond within applicable legal time limits and explain when a legal obligation or permitted exception prevents us from fulfilling a request in full. Where applicable, you may also complain to the relevant data-protection authority. We do not discriminate against people for exercising applicable privacy rights.

External links and children

Links to LinkedIn, company websites or external sources take you to services operated by other organizations. Their privacy practices are governed by their own notices.

This website is intended for business audiences and is not directed to children. Contact us if you believe a child has submitted personal information so that we can assess and address the situation.

Updates

We may update this notice to reflect changes in our practices or applicable requirements. The effective date above identifies the current version. Where required, we will provide additional notice of material changes.
